With Oberstaufen PLUS the visitor can use various facilities free of charge. Such an offer wouldn’t be possible without certain restrictions. Therefore the hosts and service partners have drawn up a list with terms and condtions, which the guest receives on arrival. When using the card, the visitor agrees to these conditions. Here are the most important small print regulations:
1. The Oberstaufen PLUS hosts offer this programme to their guests free of charge, for the duration of their stay, without any extra charges or extra costs.
2. The conditions of use of the Oberstaufen PLUS are presented to the guest on arrival in the form of a fold out card case, together with their Allgäu-Walser Guest Card.
3. During the guests vacation, when staying with one of the Oberstaufen PLUS hosts, all of the benefits listed can be used per night and for a whole day. For example: They stay for a long weekend from Thursday until Sunday (3 nights) at one of the hosts and therefore are allowed to use Oberstaufen PLUS either from Thursday until Saturday (3 days), or from Friday until Sunday (also 3 days) or on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday (again 3 days). If the guest uses any of the services before or after the validity on the card, they will be liable to payment. The guest card is not transferable and any services unused cannot be passed on or claimed for at a later date.
4. The Allgäu-Walser guest card is not transferable and is the property of the hosts. Every guest receives a personalized guest card from the host with duration of validity. Due to infringements and improper use, the card will be retracted without replacement and all violations will be calculated for. The card holder is liable and responsible for its use.
5. Theft, loss or damage of the card should be promptly reported to the Obertstaufen Information Office or to each individual host.
The lost card will be deactivated and a replacement handed out - if necessary, for a small charge.
6. Due to weather conditions, repairs and maintenance, over capacity or for any other safety reasons, the service partners are allowed to limitate or restrict the use of the Oberstaufen PLUS guest card. A refund cannot be claimed from the service partners, tourist office or hosts involved.
7. The card is exempt from insurance policies. The card holder is obliged to check personal insurance cover.
8. Personal aptitude is essential for the use of services of Oberstaufen PLUS, especially regarding health terms. The guests carry responsibility for themselves.
9. Terms stated of services and conditions of carriage apply. The instructions given by service staff must be strictly followed and respected.
